The autumn sadness...


                 It's so cold outside. The sky is so cloudy. I really hate every morning of autumn. Every time when I hear my alarm clock I want to throw my phone away. I wake up, I get up and I feel cold. I run to my closet to put something. It's doesn't matter what. It can be some old, unfashionable sweater. I don't care what I look like. I want to feel warm. This is the most important thing. Then I come out and I can't stop shaking because of cold. I see a lot of people and I think that nobody is smiling. Everybody is so sad... me too....and why? The answer is so simply. It's autumn.


           


              Lately I'm so sad for no reason. I feel bad and I don't know why.  I was looking for some remedy and I found it. What's the best remedy for everything? As always...CHOCOLATE. This is my best friend who always understand me :D I love it! But it's not only one thing which makes me feel better. This autumn's days I call my friend and we are talking for hours ( then I'm sad because I must pay a lot :D ) but it really help me, because we are laughing a lot.

         Undoubtedly there are more things, which can make us feel happier during the autumn. If you are so sad or depressed, you can do a lot to feel a little bit better.


  1. Go to shopping. Spend your money on new shoes or dress, 
  2. Go out with your crazy friends and laugh a lot,
  3. Eat a lot of chocolate! It always works!
  4. Don't drink too much coffee and sleep well,
  5. Listen to music,
  6. Watch " House, M. D" This humour always makes you lauhg,
  7. Keep smiling!


    And remember that everything is ending and....autumn too :D And...
